Silver: $5 per gram completed piece., Gold: $9 per gram completed piece.

Please note that prices are in Australian dollars and do not include postage and handling. I accept PAYPAL, cheques, direct bank deposit and money orders. Items will be mailed once payment is made and cleared. I require a 50% deposit for items made in Gold, Gold Fill or Titanium. I offer a discount for wedding party orders. Any item can be remade, however it may differ slightly, from the displayed picture.

I will make any piece any length you require. I recommend tying a piece of string around your neck, wrist, ankle etc and tying it to the length you desire in order to determine your preference. I will also make the piece in any gauge ring which is possible in order to achieve the heaviness of the piece you require. If you would like to see what the piece looks like on a real person, I am happy to photograph it on me and email you the image.

These pieces are original and handmade and may contain flaws which are the result of natural inclusions in the materials. I am happy to repair any item which is faulty at my own expense, but not if it is the fault of the wearer. Like any jewellery, it will not withstand severe tugging or bashing (eg. getting caught on clothes or while playing sport) and no jewellery containing stones should be worn in the shower etc. as the chemicals in soap products are detrimental to  natural materials, particularly pearls. This is true for commercially bought jewellery as well as handmade jewellery.

If the item breaks due to faulty workmanship, I am happy to repair it and will fund the cost of postage. If the item is damaged by the owner, then I take no responsibility for it, however, I will repair it at the owner's expense. I will not refund for items which the owner decides they don't like on delivery. All items are listed as accurately and as honestly as I can, so make sure you like the look of it before you buy it. In the event that you change your mind after ordering a piece to be made, 10% of the total price will be retained by Maille Fantasy, with any remainder of the deposit being returned.
